Duplicating a Preventive Maintenance Schedule

The Duplicate Preventive Maintenance feature allows Administrators and Technicians to create a copy of an existing preventive maintenance schedule.

To duplicate a preventive maintenance schedule:

1. Navigate to the (Preventive Maintenance) page.

2. Search or hover over a preventive maintenance schedule in the preventive maintenance list.

3. In the preventive maintenance schedule row, click the icon.

4. Click Duplicate.
   The Schedule PM page appears.

   

5. Click the button to add an asset to the duplicated schedule.

   

6. Search for or select an asset from the list below.

7. Click Done.

   

8. Update the Start On and End After dates.
   

NOTE  Start date can only be set to the current date or a future date.

9. Review the pre-populated details. 

   NOTE  The duplicated preventive maintenance schedule is populated with the original schedule details. Asset information must be added separately.

10. Additionally, update the following details, if required.

    • Title

    • Category

    • Repeats

    • Every

    • Create WO time

    • Description

11. Click the Schedule PM button at the upper right corner of the page.

12. A duplicate preventive maintenance schedule is created.
